I did this fantastic meditation from youtube, and was astonished to find that my twin flame is a little girl, dressed in yellow who offered me a yellow ribbon as a gift. I was lead to her by an old grey man. I think he’s the one that helped me with Betrayed. Not really sure how twin flames fit with A Course in Miracles. It was a nice meditation though. I felt very connected to this little girl, but it felt like she was the one protecting me instead of the other way round.

The twin flame work sounds very interesting. Sheila in our group has met her twin flame in real life – it’s all mind blowing. I bet she’d be delighted to talk to you about it.

Hi Lizzie. Yes, it was a lovely meditation. I checked out with my friend who’s a colour expert what the significance of yellow was. She was very interested in the fact that it was a little girl, and that her gift to me was ribbon. She feels its something to do with connecting to my inner child, and to really appreciate the small things in life.
