Working out your personal year number

This number relates to potential major lessons or situations you might experience during a given year cycle, running from one birthday to the next.

It is calculated by adding up the numbers of the day, month and year of you last birthday.

Here’s how to calculate your personal year number if your last birthday fell on 18 July 2001

1 + 8 (day) = 9

+ 7 (month) = 16

+ 2 + 0 + 0 + 1 (year) = 19

1 + 9 = 10

1 + 0 = 1

Your personal year number is 1
